Age Requirements:
- YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT A PERSONAL WATERCRAFT IN FLORIDA
• 16 OR OLDER IF ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN.
• 6 YEARS MINIMUM AGE FOR PASSENGERS

Florida Rental Exam:
• For anyone born after January 1st, 1988:
• Per State Law, In order to rent a jet ski in the State of Florida, you must complete the Online Temporary Boaters Exam. The cost of the exam is $9.99 and consists of 25 questions. The cost and exam are controlled by the State and has no affiliation with Sól Vybes Water Sport Crafts.
• Only the driver needs the exam. A Passenger does not need the exam.

You are required to watch our safety jet ski video and take the exam, if applicable, prior to your arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a guide have to come?
No,we offer free rides in designated areas. We offer guided tours as well- Our Licensed Guides will escort you on routes that are designed to provide optimal views and experiences without you needing to know where to go.

How fast can I go?
Our SeaDoos reach between 45-50 MPH depending on how you ride. Go as fast or as slow as you want. We require that you stay within sight of our Professional Guide while on free rides. While on tour you will follow a guide and have more room to operate the ski at a comfortable speed for you.

How many people can ride one jet ski?
We allow 1-3 people depending on the ski, and provided the combined weight of the riders is under 550 pounds.

Drivers during a ride?
If you are on a Tandem Ride, as long as both drivers are 18 or older and completed the state mandated Boat Florida Rental Course, you may switch during the tour only at a designated area allowed by your guide.

Do I need a reservation?
Booking in advance is not required. We accept walk-ups depending on availability. Same Day reservations are accepted. To rent a jet ski in the State of Florida, you must be at least 18 years of age. 16 years of age or older if a parent or legal guardian is present. Ages 6 and up for passengers.

How can I tip my Licensed Guide?
If you would like to leave gratuity that can be done in cash, via Venmo, Cash App or you can add it to your credit card on file upon checkout. 100% of the gratuity goes to your Guide.
